Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is responsible for managing projects to improve efficiency throughout the finance organization.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
The duties will include project work and leading process changes.
  • Lead elements of system changes.
  • Analyze accounting processes across the organization.
  • Develop and implement standard procedures.
  • Work directly with corporate accounting functions.
  • Provide training to new and existing team members as needed.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
6+ years of related experience, 5+ years supervisory experience
Ability to work with large amounts of computer data
Effective communication skills - oral, written and presentation
Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley
Strong work ethic and proven ability to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects
Strong organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA Certificate strongly preferred
SAP S/4 Hana expert strongly preferred
